Nothing like the perfect beanie, dark lipstick and the right filter!

I love me some beanies! I especially love this all black NYC one because it will go with anything and with the right look it can be super edgy. By the right look I mean this one for example with dark lipstick and a black shirt. It sends it over the edge and creates a harsher vibe that looks amazing.

Cute, flowy, and floral is the best mix!

Today I am wearing the worlds cutest shear, flowy, lace dress with a pair of black tights under it. My boots go great with it because of the cream colors in them and the cream colors in the flowers of the dress. Under the boots I have on a pair of high socks that I rolled down so that they would just stick out of the boots adding attention and style to my feet.

Sleek and simple is sometimes the best way to go

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. With all this snow piling up I've just been lounging around and not wearing anything blog worthy. This outfit was simple but super intriguing. My crop top sweater is a fave from Forever 21 and it looks great with my high waisted jeans from Brandy Melville. My belt is brown so that between it and my black turtle neck sweater my Franco Sarto boots fit in amazingly. The whole outfit is picture perfect from the way the blacks and browns all tie in together.

Adorable little dress from Forever 21 you say? Oh yes please!

This little cute dress is from Forever 21 and it is such a gem. It is like a pair of overalls in dress form. Because of the open front and cross in the back I wore a white long sleeve that goes with the white polka dots. My grey knee high socks look great over my black tights in two ways. They look fabulous all the way up with my little booties and they also look great rolled down more to be closer to my boots. These boots go great with the dress because it is a darker color so the two brown shades of them go great with the dark shade of the dress.

Going back after a snowday is about the worst thing ever but at least I'm trying to go back in style

Today I had to go back to school which was mildly depressing but I still wanted to dress nicely. To dress as nicely as I could on such a dreary day I wore a dark plaid sweater tucked into a light pair of high waisted jeans. The sweater has a couple white lines in it that make it go great with the light almost white pants. With my jeans I have on a black belt to go with the darker tops and to add a little more to the jeans. It also makes the sweater pop. My jean jacket over the sweater brings more of a dark vibe on the top and it also helps the outfit from being bland and boring with just a sweater and jeans.

Lazy snow days=comfy over sized sweaters

Today was a great lazy snow day so I wanted to cuddle up in a big comfy sweater. My sweater is from The Gap and it is an extra large because I wanted it to be super over sized and it definitely worked. The sweater is a burnt orange tone and has a turtle neck that I rolled down once so it wouldn't be as high on my neck. My hair is thrown up in a messy bun going with the comfy and casual vibe of the sweater. Today was a super slow snowed in day but that doesn't stop me from expressing my fashion.
